SP3 Power Pack

The SP3 Power Pack will be a 25W unit geared specifically toward soldier portable applications. In essence, it will be a miniaturization of the PowerFlex75 System with a formal product launch targeted toward the first quarter of 2009. Currently soldiers carry more than 30lbs of BA-5590 batteries per mission; the SP3 and fuel will eliminate more than 26lbs of that weight while still powering communications, night-vision capability and operations.
