Steve Gallo
Chief
Executive Officer: Mr. Gallo has 20 plus years experience in general business
management of growth initiatives and new product offerings, primarily in high
technology sector of electronic materials, components and communications. His
background includes in depth knowledge of the consumer electronics sector
(including semiconductors, interconnects, components and flat panel displays) as
well as authentication and security technologies.
Steve
most recently served in a number of leadership positions in DuPont's Electronics
and Communications Technologies platform where he had P&L and business
leadership responsibility in the areas of authentication devices, PDP and OLED
display components and multilayer ceramic IC packages. Mr. Gallo has a B.S.
degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

Larry J. Markoski
Founder and
Chief
Technology Officer: Mr. Markoski is responsible for all phases of technical and
product engineering efforts in accordance with the company's strategic product
integration efforts.
Larry
earned a dual B.S. degree in Chemistry and Cellular and Molecular Biology from
the University of Michigan in 1995. He is an expert in advanced materials,
polymer chemistry, and organic chemistry and has authored or co-authored 20+
papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals. He is an accomplished inventor
holding 10 U.S. and Worldwide patents in multiple fields and has a proven track
record for developing scientific concepts into commercially viable products. |

Anthony Atti, PhD
Vice
President of Business Development: Dr. Atti is responsible for developing
product development strategies, engaging military and commercial customers and
structuring partnerships across INI's fuel cell supply chain. Dr. Atti was
formerly a Director at MHI Energy Partners, a seed and early stage energy
private equity fund and lead investor in INI's Series A and B rounds of
financing. Dr. Atti has an extensive technical background in energy and
cleantech-enabling technologies having conducted research at the NASA-Jet
Propulsion Laboratory as a member of the Electrochemical Technologies Team in
Pasadena, CA.
Anthony
earned his Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Southern
California's Loker Hydrocarbon Research Institute as a scientist directed by Dr.
G.K. Surya Prakash and Dr. George A. Olah, the former a world-renowned fluorine
chemist and the latter a winner of the 1994 Nobel Prize in Chemistry. Dr. Atti
also holds an MBA from New York University and a B.A. in Biochemistry from
Ithaca College.

Steve Watts
Vice President, Product Development & Engineering: Mr.
Watts leads product development at INI with responsibility for stack
integration, balance of plant, embedded control systems, software, mechanical
design, systems manufacturing and customer support. Steve also manages strategic
technical partners and customer demonstrations. As a veteran of five venture
backed technology start-up companies and founder of two, Steve has an extensive
background in new technology development, rapid product deployment and technical
operations management.
Steve was formerly VP of Engineering and on the
founding team at OroBridge, Inc. developing thermoelectric devices utilizing
nanotechnology and MEMS processes. Prior to that Steve was Founder and CEO at
Litchfield Communications, developing silicon and software solutions for major
telecomm equipment vendors and raising over $12M in venture capital. As Director
of Engineering at Sahara Networks he took the companies products from inception
to a $213M acquisition. Steve held various roles in product and business
development at Lucent Technologies. As a Lucent VP of Engineering and a Bell
Labs Engineer, Steve was awarded the 'Bell Labs Presidents Award for
Excellence'. He has a BS with Honors in Physics from The University of
Leicester, in the UK.
